Ocd and depresion best medicine which can treat best against problem now he taking sertraline 100 mg

I want to lead a disciplined and happy life. I want to keep my body healthy. But I couldn't able to do it. I couldn't able to sleep early in the night n can't wake up early in the morning. I can't control my anger. I m having so many problems with my wife whom I married 6 months ago. I m always feeling tired n hopeless. Need help.

My father was suffering from severe mental issues and used to hear some unknown voices. He is always in depression State..having smoking habbit. Due to smoking the current medication also not working. From last 20 days, he is not willing to take any medicine and his condition is very bad. Need a doctor for consultation. Please help me.

My weight has gone up to 100 kg though with these medications I was fine Took second opinion he suggested only 3 medicine however feels extremely depressed and suicidal Depakote xr 1000 Nexito forte twice Quitipin at night

My mind is under pressure from last 4 years...Due to which I m unable to do anything...As seems..Like my mind is inactive...Now please tell how to keep my mind active...So that I will work...
