I m depressed...I consulted psychiatrist...Continued medicine for 2 weeks...Get some relief...bt skip 2 days medicine...Now I m.agin feeling restlessness. .Unconsciousness...Insecurity in mind...For how long I have to continue prescribed medicine...

Last One month feeling numbness in foot and hand. Not able to concentrate on work also. Feeling dizziness as well when traveling or walking. Can someone please suggest what I need to do. Thanks in advance.

I am taking homeopathic meds but i suppose it is not working dat quickly. I am suffering from depression i guess... Its soo hard to sleep wen u actually sleepy... Not able to overcome the emotions i feel at that point of time... Its wierd to feel soo low and depressed everywhere and netime.. i seek for the closest ppl at that time but everyone i seek is not always available. I feel like dyin is easy wen i go through dis phase of feeling worst.plz help me n guide what shud i do.

I am suffering from negative thoughts and all unrealistic things come in my mind and also my concentration and vision is also affected a little bit. i am facing all this from last 6 months i just wanted to know is it depression and how long it takes for treatment. As now it has started interfering in day to day activities also there is lack of self esteem
