I don't want medication and also unaware of any counsellor will you counsel me. I am a meditation teacher but right now nothing is helping me

My husband & his family members troubled me a lot & left me alone few months ago by putting false allegations on me but I like to save my marriage. On the other hand he has put some false cases in the court on me & also he has claimed divorce from me. When I asked a lawyer they suggested me to put the case in the court about the troubles given by my husband & his family members. Now cases are going in the court but now also if he comes and joins me, I like to remove all the cases and like lead

I have sudden pain in scalp left side top of head when start eating some thing and it pressure increases when i chew ...it goes off after some time . Its mild pressure pain

I am a 24 year old female and I have been suffering from motion sickness ever since I was a kid and would throw up horribly every time we went on a ride to a hill station or in a bus or car. Recently I got married and we plan to travel a part where transportation is only allowed by cars. So, I am in a desperate need of motion sickness medication. If you know any hacks, please share them. Hello, I've been suffering from stammering since when I was 8. I can speak completely fluently when alone and talking to myself. My stammering is not that bad like it used to be, but I'm having extreme anxiety talking to teachers and even my friends sometimes. Due to anxiety, my heartbeats becomes extremely fast too. Suffered from CAD stent implanted in 5 if 2014. From then taking clopidogrel and rose day. 49 years back met with pneumonia. Treated but left lung one lobe has scar. No recurrenc of any disease. No medicines for this. Diabetes detected 1 year back. Taking metformin 500. Frequent visits to doctor due to health conscious, the doctors cardiologist and pulmonologist have advised to go to psychiatric dr. Went. He misdiagnosed me as anxiety patient. Given Revotril 0.5 mg from 2 years. It resulted in addiction, anxiety two times panic attacks EEG proved normal and bloated stomach. Proper diagnosis and treatment is required besides dead diction of Revotril Please

My family suffer because of me. I am very selfish and bad. I never care about other people and always think that they all are wrong

This started in 2012 after my girlfriend left me.Subsequebtly affeceted my education and career lost job and occasionally habituated to alcohol.From then always I used to think too much.No proper sleep from years and simultaneously facing jaundice and intestinal problem from 2013 till time.In office I can't control emotions.But I never harmed anybody.Also from then if some girl or lady tries to interact with me quickly I analyze them and  surely try to know their intention behind their interaction( such as either for money or pleasure).This bold behaviour also effecting my career. meanwhile I am in love with my relative girl who knows max about my past who successful y passed my tests(as per my calculations) . if iam not wrong in 2013 my relatives taken me to a psychiatrist in chennai and in two sessions I never prepared to listen to her and even teared her prescriptions and other docs and thrown the medicines without consuming. I still remember her words you will sure need an expert.
