Hello
I've been taking Prozac for over 3 months prescribed for anxiety and insomnia, initially it worked great, I felt and slept better, was rather indifferent to everything happening but now for about a month I struggle with sleeping again and I constantly have weird dreams, it's like I'm half awake and not in deep sleep, my palpitations are back and I get obssessive thoughts. Is it possible I developed tolerance to medication so it stopped working? Will my psychiatrist change medication? Tnx

First step would be to increase the dose of Prozac are not receiving the adequate dose. If the symptoms continue even after increasing the dose for a while then the doctor would change the medications.
It is not for sleep basically for anxiety and depression.
