Does Prozac make anxiety worse at first?
Hi my 7 year old son has autism and has been prescribed Prozac. He has been on it for about 13 days now and anxiety seems to be worse. My question is should I keep him on Prozac longer? Will this balance out or is that a red flag that I should stop

Prozac can cause paradoxical Anxiety in first week of therapy...You can change your drug or add an antiaxiety for few weeks.
Better Consult your treating Psychiatrist
