I speak very less since last 1-2yesrs specially in front of my parents and family and now with friends as a I want to change this habit of talking sell because when I was children and in teenage no one can stop me I talk so much but now I even not speak a single word

Headache for last 3 days. Please share your thoughts on how to get well and get rid of this headache soon

Why do I keep on worrying that do I have any serious disease,any small symptoms happens to me I thing it's because of any serious issue,I keep on googling the symptoms and starts panicking..I am afraid to stay alone or travel alone as I think if anything will happen to me then who will look after me.. I am upset for long time that when i want to talk someone mainly from opposite gender then i start speak but while speaking i face problem like forget what topic i am saying . So what can i do to treat this

Respect sir,                   I have stiffness in right side of body especially in jaw, neck and rhomboid muscle, back with feeling of fear it is cyclic in pattern one day ok another day problem with gastric problems.

From past 4-5 days I can't sleep at night. I'm always anxious and smoke a lot can't seem to manage stress as I'm not at all being productive.

I m an ocd patient suffering from ocd from 10 years.I was going well on paxidep cr. 62.5 and oleanz 1.25 mg and cbt last year. Suddenly my doctor prescribed me topiramate 25-50 mg and i took it for 2 weeks and i started getting those old thoughts of guilt and compulsion which had stopped after a long medicine Also thoughts had started coming in a slow manner and I was unable to practice therapy.  Now I   suffering from the same problem from past 1 year.Now i m also facing problems of insomnia.My memory has become 0.Anything that happens doesn't create a space in my mind. I have a doubt i m suffering from sluggish cognitive tempo?

I am taking from last 20yrs regular some antipsychotic. antidepressant, anti Parkinson's ,and benzodiazepine clonazepam

My mind is under pressure...now I m not serious about my goal...not able to focus...may be in depression...what to do..

My Girl friend had relation with someone else I came to knew this and from that time I am unable to sleep at night what should I do
