My brother was having mental issues from birth. doctors told he is slow and will be ok with age. even at the age of 20 he can't count cash or add subtract. he passed 10th and after failing 12th he quitted. from last few years he has become so hostile against father and younger sister accuses them of one particular thing every time he becomes angry. when he is angry he will be uncontrollable and will keep repeating accusations and will even abuse him and threaten to beat him. lately he has started saying I will kill myself and frame every body in family. we live in a remote village and he won't accept that he has mental sickness and it's almost impossible that he will go to any clinic. is this sickness curable? nearest cities are Gorakhpur basti and Lucknow. please suggest how to get him ready for treatment please guide with doctor suggestions thank you

I don't know what i am doing in my life. I can't see any achievements. I've came all the way from my country to another in search of something. Some meaning for life but it's all same here. I am alone at the end with nothing much for me except me. I am worried that I am leading my life to a bad phase.

Hi. I just started taking 10mg of Valium twice daily and I’m extremely sluggish and tired. About how long will this symptom last for while I take Valium daily? I want my body to get used to the drug so I don’t feel so fatigued. Thanks in advance.

This happened 16 years ago but I wanted to ask a doctor who may be knowledgeable on the subject. When my friend was a baby (18 months old) boiling water accidentally spilled all over his body (leaving him with severe scars to this day). I was wondering if this accident could have delayed his mental abilities? He went to private school but was then homeschooled 7 yrs after being held back a year. He’s a great guy but just seems a little off socially. Just wanted to know more!Thanks for the help!

I feel alone and depressed when I am alone at home my husband also doesn't give time for me nor I go any where out of my home... my in laws humiliate me always I feel alone

I have constant thoughts going in mind as if something is wrong also while talking to someone i feel a bit anxious and i am not able to talk that freely..my concentration is also not that perfect due to depression..i am looking for a psycologist in mumbai who can correct my anxiety disorder..i also wanted to know is restlessness a symptom of depression and anxiety..and how much time it takes for cure.
