Feels depressed
I don't feel excited, much pleasure and feels numb. Similarly, I don't even feel bad in worst situation too. I am very frustrated due to this. Whenever I sit to study I am unable to focus on text and even after reading the text I feel I didn't got anytime to my brain. I feel like this from past 3 to 4 years and I feel no hope for my future. I am dying day by day dusro this.

Your symptoms show that something bother u fron ur inner heart. Any depression, stress, problems like financial problems, relationship problems, etc may cause ur mind disturbed. U have to point out the causes and solve each one problem. If u can't do it alone then consult psychologist or me online or offline any time. But u have to release ur inner emotions.

Please visit a psychologist inorder to deal with the situation. All will be fine. Many of your age feel like this because of the stresses and life issues around. But these are temporary feelings. Do not worry. Maybe a single session with a psychologist can make things much better

There could be variety of reasons why you feel so. There could be a physical problem such as anemia or thyroid issue. It could be some drug or substance you use such as too much caffeine and its withdrawal. It could be as simple as lack of exercise and sleep. It could be too much tab/ mobile / gaming. However it could also be depression. Meet a psychiatrist if you can’t figure out yourself.
