Dealing with lot of issues currently :
1. Rage issues. Slapped roommate on 2-3 ocassions. Pushed her on the wall and slightly pressed her neck.
Lately i am getting violent and aggressive.
In sheer anger, i tend to break stuff eg. Once i broke mirror with my bare hand. Also broke numerous things (in short whatever is within range i just throw it very hard banging on wall like mobile etc). Anger is momentarily and i realise it soon but the damage is already done. At that very instance it's really hard to calm down and i wind up ruining things.
2. Facing insecurities, getting jealous and over-possessiveness and have trust issues. Even when it's with my roommate who is also my best friend (known to me for last 6 years)
3. Failed civil services examination twice so having self doubts and sometimes wind up stressing But now started preparation again and trying to get back on track. I have always been very confident and a bright student so dealing with two failures is hard to get over with.
