The time you want to know depends from the time you start seeking help. As mentioned whenever you are watchin something or idle the thoughts come... you can start writing the thoughts that comes in ur mind atleast in a day or twice a day and after completing tear and throw it followed by giving positive self affirmation that are easily available on internet.
Next Steps
Start with the above suggestion but ya seeing a psychologist will help you better to keep track of your thoughts it’s triggers and so on

It is difficult to say how long it will take to cure without understanding the case and taking a case history. You need to see a psychologist like me to understand  how it started, what  was the trigger and intensity of anxiety. You may also need pharmocological intervention by a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Please see a psychologist as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Driving a car in anxiety could be avoided till you take professional help.
