My younger brother went through a break up about a year ago.Bt he thinks that his friend and his girl friend both cheated on him.Since then he has been overthinking about this.He asks people in his social circle and family members about their perspective about his break up and keeps thinking about it again.Even his thyroid level was disturbed but is stable after medicines.

Feeling depressed because my bf has moved on with some other girl! He is not really a stable guy! He says he will change! It is being difficult for me to break up! Can't take it! What should I do

I have been prescribed to take Oleanz plus but im sleeping all the day. Is it normal or should i change it?I even have panic attacks.

Dr prescribed me nortimer 25 half two times, fluvator 50 half two times and olimelt 2.5 half in night for disturbing and negative thoughts. is olimelt harmful ? I m feeling so drowsyness and depressed by taking olimelt.

My husband is dominating and bossy type. He wants to control his parents also me. He wants to control even small incidents that involves my wish. Example when I mingle with my parents and my siblings he don't like. He controls visiting them also. Finding faults in all events. If I started talking about this that ends in big fight. I m married and have 2 kids . 7 yrs old and another 3.5 yrs old. even he won't listen his parents advice also. No one can talk to him about good or bad. Whatever he keeps, that is the rule. I feel like trapped in controlling hand. How can I approach these kind of husband?

Afraid of Palm readings .Read something bad ..even though I am not a believer of Palm lines but still m afraid .Is palmistry real and correct ?

All day am feeling some kind of fear that creates shortness of breath. Feeling heavyness over head tension in facial region. Am living life like a hell.. Very scared of this attacks.. My parents got divorced when i was 2, i was raised by my dad but lately i've been depending a lot on my mom financially since i recently found out that my dad was irresponsible and unwilling to work for anything. my dad got married again and his wife had 2 children which then i thought was the reason why he barely cares anymore. my mom is a perfectionist who scolds me for almost everything i do. she told me to finish school, yet she asks me for help when i'm in class. she scolds me when i don't do what she asks. i am in my last year of university and in a long term relationship with my boyfriend. but somehow i always end up fearing he would leave me/not care for me just like what my parent did. lately, i fear a lot of things (driving alone, dark places, etc.) but i dont understand why. i always feel so unhappy for no reason because i dont have any close friend cause i find it hard to trust anyone. i'm afraid i might hurt myself/others. should i consult to a psychiatrist?

I have poor concentration issues im not able to read. And energetic. Kindly suggest wht shall i even i tried all medicine for ADHD sometimes it works the it stopped working.
