I have been seeing a doctor for this. He has diagnosed me with OCD and gave me these medicines. Please tell me if there any side effects of these medicines and how long do I have to take these doses? As he told me he will reduce the doses but he has not done so. He's saying it will take a year to chemically balance your mind with these medicines. And when I asked for yoga or any sort of excercise to overcome this then he said medicines will the part, not the excercise. Please suggest me something. Is there any cure for OCD or is it life long ?

Been having allergic hives from 2017. .not sure... How it has developed. But I had by mistake drunk expired green not sure if it caused the prob. Till now have figured few things why hives appear but not all so it keeps recurring. I was put on antihistamines it dint work. I m asked to take montec lc.. It gives relief for two days but a very drowsy tablet. Any solution. Apart from this tab what can I take.. I feel this urticaria has caused anxiety disorder in me because of its recurrence whenever where ever what ever time. It's really upsetting.. But living with it as I have a kid.. Is it. COntagious. I am taking flunil 40 mg in the morning and 20mg in the afternoon after lunch And busin 5mg in night I feel sleepy all day is it normal or should I consult my doctor
