I am taking paro 10 tablet since 2014. Diagnosed anxiety depression in 2014. Now I m worried about it side effects.. Because I cousin is a bipolar patient. She took lithium composed medicine. Now she has many more serious problems. She has diabetes insipidus nd no periods since many years. That's why I am worried about side effects of paro 10. I m unmarried...Pls tell me doctor. I have also very irregular periods. Is paro 10 lithium composed?

Hello I m sanjivni of 21 years old from Madhya Pradesh.. I used to feel very lonely although I live in a joint family... because of some not ok types realtionships with my family members..I never used to talk to my family members ..and to compensate that loneliness I used to imagine certain things and put myself into it and feels happy.... In my imaginary world I m extremely successful, beautiful and a fun loving person who always used to spread happiness all around ...but in real life .. i m not so I don't love myself.. Being the part of imaginary world makes me feel happy than the real situation i m in ...and that's how the total time of my day get wasted with no efforts for my career ... ( Real world) In real world ..I extremely feel down, low self esteem , low confidence , a fat person who always wants to look good and if ever tries something new to look good...the people around me makes me feel down ... Everytime whatever the decision i take in my life makes feel quite regret abo

She was physically abused by her now ex boyfriend and that episodes are repeated in her mind. She is not able to deal with it. It has generated the fear of loosing people. she feels dependent on me sometimes and this realisation again makes her think that she should never be dependent as life has taught her..she has doubts that whether she loves me or not when these episodes are repeated..it's difficult for me to deal with all the situations.i don't know what to say I try to be normal but even though I do that she thinks nothing is affecting me, which gives her a thought that no one understands her.she is a kind of a person who will never think of herself first. For her, her parents are her world, her parents don't know about it. She thinks her home is her safe haven but now her father is getting in business with her ex boyfriend. and I don't know what to say.

I have been experiencing extreme mood swings right before a week for my periods and this has been continuing for 2-3 years. It's so strange that I either get so depressed or fight with people around me. I saw in internet and it showed symptoms for PMDD or PMS. I didn't want to conclude myself with the internet result.
