Nutritive food intake
Healthy Food intake plays a good role.
Dark green leafy vegetables, berries ,omega3 fatty acids, walnuts, avacado….all these help brain function run smoothly.
physical Exercise : releases endorphins,( a chemical that produces feeling of joy ) the body’s very own natural antidepressant.
Certain Studies compare aerobic exercise training to the popular antidepressant medicine sertraline.
Exercise stimulates the release of many of the brain chemicals which are in low supply when someone is battling anxiety.
Yoga and meditation :
Very effective , deep breathing intakes a good proportion of oxygen in your body and oxygenates the blood cells well thus boosting your mood.
Deep breathing also slows down the release of stress hormone .
Activate yourself by:
1 . Jogging 30 mins
2 . Call up two friends and initiate talk.
3 . Look in mirror , and talk 3 things that you like about yourself.
I hope this helps
