Anxiety issues since 18 months or so
ANXIETY COMES and goes. Generally I feel ok but sometimes it feel really anxious. There is no major stress at home or office. I feel extremely Anxious about my health. Even a minor issues seems like a major one.

Hello, Anxiety symptoms are usually free floating i.e., it comes and go anytime. Symptoms include worries about future misfortunes, feeling "on edge", difficulty in concentrating, restless, headaches, feeling dizzy, inability to relax, sweating, increased heart beat, gastric discomfort, dry mouth etc. Few or all of these can be present. Secondary to anxiety symptoms you may develop depression, phobia etc. It can be taken care off with the help of medications and psychotherapy.
