I am suffering through excessive sleeping... I almost sleep 13 hours throughout the day... I couldn't concentrate if I don't sleep

I feel always fatigue, confused, weak, low confidence, not focused. I want to become strong healthy man, please advice.

Feeling not good... Want a consultations... I can't overcome from depression feeling sleepy sometimes hungry sometimes loss of appetite

My medicine start from oct2018 flunil 20,40,60 and resque LS fom Oct 2018, Recently from 2 Jan i start taking clonil 25,50,75 continuesly. Now I am on flunil 60 1-0-0,Resque LS 0-0-1 And Clonil 75 0-0-1,I am in severe anxiety,when will I feel relief from Severe Anxiety.i daily feel suicidal? What to do???

My age is 17 years. Weight:- 56 kgs Earlier I had fear of sleep which has now ended and now I am suffering from existential Crisis Sometimes I feel that I have been trapped in my mind and the questions like why I am here, why I am me and not someone else ?? These questions are eating me from inside. I am in deep anxiety plzzz anyone help me . Is there any doctor who can give me assured treatment ( medications too). So that I could get out of this soon. I have my board exams ahead and due to this anxiety I am not able to focus on my exam , I a a good students. I am really very depressed.

Hello, I have been diagnosed with illness disorder anxiety and panic and my doctor has prescribed nexito5mg and lonazep 0.25mg for 15days and then nexito 10mg for next 15 days . I am feeling relaxed and happy after starting the medicines bur wanted to know that whether these medicines have any side effects or if i stop them will my anxiety issue again start . Will i get addicted to these medicines ?

I feel very unusual like i have no reason to be like this! I am a very Happy girl and love to be busy and keep doing something or the other every time and i don't have any interest on anything...like i love taking bathes..i don't even feel like taking bathes..i feek like sitting in a corner and start starting one place for hours..i feel like sitting and crying very badly..i get unusual thoughts..bad thoughts actually..like hurting myself.. running away.. I feel like doing things which i was even scared to see or do..i usuy sleep alot..now i get scared to sleep..ill be awake at 4 in the morning and don't get sleep till night 2...m really scared to be alone..m really scaree that i would hurt myself... I just feel safe if m with someone...i feel very much better when someone very close to me is beside me

Hi.. I am 31M working in IT. I am not getting sound sleep during night.. Even though I sleep well and wake up in morning, I feel very drowsy most of the time and get headache rarely.. I don't have any work pressure or personal problems..
