Dear doctor
My age is 33 years men weight 77 hight 5'8. My problem is last 8 years whole muscle are trembling sometimes, right leg weakness sometimes muscle cramps right leg. Poor memory, irritability, sleep disturbance, stomach discomfort, IBS problems, Repeated vitamin D or vitamin b12 and zinc decreased, needle in the body, ear sound, unbalanced walking sometimes sometimes, and gradually the vein began trembling in the entire body after which Dr given lithium 400mg after wards and started tremendously. The medicine stays fine after eating than the effects of medicine start working. Previous treatment medications lithium 400,mirtaz 30,zosert 100, oliaz 2.5, opiprol 300, pacitane 2, fluvoxin 100,Lamson 100,Quitipine 300 do I have such as problem with vitamin B1(thiamine) defiency. Can I required blood tests vitamin b1 and other. So please advise me.

I would suggest psychological intervention  as sound physical , mental and spiritual health are interconnected and since physical health is related to deficiency ... a Holistic approach to your problem would be worthwhile.
