Dear client
You are describing hyperventilation. This is common in anxiety. If your pulmonologist has cleared any physical cause then have to check if you have low haemoglobin.,if you take excessive tea or coffee, or hormonal problems.
Breathing exercise is very helpful.
Some medicines also can be started after consulting with your psychiatrist

Hi
Stress can cause shortness of breath or make it worse. Once you start feeling short of breath, it is common to get nervous or anxious. This can make your shortness of breath even worse. Being anxious tightens the muscles that help you breathe, and this makes you start to breathe faster.
I believe you should discuss your concerns in detail with a mental health professional to gain an insight about nature of problem and ways to overcome it through psychotheraputic techniques
