I'm always having dfifficulty in breathing after I drink any kind of alcohol.

Alcohol has a direct effect on brain. It also can modulate d brain neurotransmitters. In ur case its provoking d anxiety producing neurochemicals resulting in breathlessness n palpitations. It's better u avoid alcoholic beverages.
