Sir, I think I have got anxiety issue. I get some weird,non existential , negative thoughts about something and somebody. I will keep worrying about the same and get scared that that those thoughts might come true. I try not to think about those thoughts but those thought still keep winding back in my mind. sometime I start act according to my thought knowing that these are wrong. I could not stop myself. Is it something very serious. please help me out.

A senior girl proposed her love to me. However I'm not in a position to get into this relationship with a grirl elder to me. I have conveyed the same to her multiple number of times . I have tried talking to her and make her understand. I have even scolded her to stop this. But she is not ready to take this and has been been giving me pressure from various sides to accept her proposal. This has been going on for about a year now. And I wish to put a full stop for the same. Kindly suggest ways by which I can make her understand this.

A. I have been taking Arip Mt 5 for two weeks, which severely blurred my eyesight and made me weak and drowsy. I recovered after stopping it and taking Phenergan 25 for a few days. Now my doctor suggests a half dose, am going to use Nulet 2.5. Will that stop the side effects? If not, should I take the phenergan with it, and will that be good? What other options do I have? B. I have tried to take Topamac 25 two times now. Each time, my body reacts strongly. The first day I will have fever, and then weakness, headache and limb stiffness onwards. Happened both times. Yet doctor suggests this. Options, alternates, prevention? Note: I am diagnosed with social anxiety, depression, IBS and weak immunity.

My son is taking Fludac 20mg and Sizodon 0.5mg. He is very restless and cannot sit in one place. He keeps walking around throughout the day.

My cousin is currently being treated For psychosis delusions and hallucinations with Feliz s 10 mg, Olanzapine 10 mg, Arpizol 5mg, Quitipin 100 mg per day but no improvement at all. Is the treatment wrong?

After shaving I went to a doctor for ear examination, during checking he touched face . I have a feeling that he might have checked a rabies infected person and then he touched my face and spread rabies. Does this has any possibility or just phobia and anxiety?

Hi M Dr.Mayukh Debroy.m psycriatist.my sister become spoil by meeting with his boyfriend.I give her a tight electric shock and she became unconcious. Now she is in sense and become ignorant and break all the things? Can i give her that shock again?
