I feel emotionally numb without feeling anything. No happiness or sadness or anger, just nothing. It feels like staying in bed all the time in dark

I can't stop criticising myself, I feel ugly stupid dumb disgust and worthless all the time . I have been crying every day for atleast 1-2 hours for the past few months. I have upcoming exams and I can't concentrate on them , I feel totally worthless , my existence feel like a waste of time money and energy , there had not been one day I spent without crying my lungs out . I used to be an avid painter, writer . Now all I do is watch conspiracy videos on YouTube and binge on stupid snacks crying . Everyone calls me worthless . She told I am ugly and worthless . I can't dissolve that in my mind .she looks at very contemptuously , I can't stand it . Please help me I can't stop saying to myself that I am worthless

I want to be happy but Don't know why I am very sad...I tried to be happy person but I failed. I can express my feeling instantly. How to be happy and open person

Actually I am having lot of stress of everything. So much fear like huge buildings and climbing different steps and seeing down. Riding scooty. Having anxiety disorder and childish behaviour. Could not able to talk in public open spaces could to able to express myself. Currently medication are citalin and quickness tablets.. frequently chest tightness and head shaking nowadays happening a lot. Confusing about signs and symbols of patterns. Losing memory power and could not concentrate properly. Having allergic rhinitis. Suddenly my mood changes a lot and so much sensitivity. If i help other people i will trouble with them. I have no friends because of childish behaviour. I could not able to be maturity.

If I do any mistake or something I had done wrong or somebody hurt me, I regret it too much. I cannot keep this out of my head. I think over and over again. Meanwhile I cannot my concentrate on study or work etc.

I am using pari cr25,waxipride50,suprabenze 25.when I stop medicine, feeling trembling in leg.and something will happen to me .what should I do?

Back pain and weakness continue last 3 months .and also having thyroid issue taking medication for last 13 years.

I have OCD but genetically not. In my family no one have this. But why came it for me? What are the causes of it? What are the causes of OCD?

While visiting in a village party , I came to notice that there were many dogs , I already have a rabies phobia so I got scared that they might get in touch with my 3 year old child . Although nothing happened like this neither any reported bite or contact but I have a feeling of anxiety. Does this is my phobia and anxiety?
