I am 26 year old male.I have been suffering from Insomnia since long. I i do not get a proper sleep(deep sleep). There is always something that keep running in my mind. Its not that i have some kind of anxiety or stres or tension but just mind never stops. Even sometime when i wake up in between the nigh its chattering something that happennd in day time. I feel that this lack of sleep has affected my memory. I am not able to concentrate at my work for long. And also dont remember things that i recently learnt or listened. I am also bad at recollecting conversations due to this bad memory issue. Pls help. Is there any supplment thay can help me to tackle this problem of sleep and memory?

It's really true ....sleep disturbances can lead to all this.
The reason for sleep issues can be many like depression and anxiety.
Once we will find out this, then we will target it's improvement.
Memory disturbances in this age group are due to primary disturbances in concentration.
