I tend to get extremely anxious when a stressful situation comes like - work pressure, ill health of a loved one, major fight with spouse etc. I get way too stressed, panicked and anxious. Many times it causes headache, nausea and feelings of panic attack. I notice that after few moments of this anxiety it almost gets out of my hands. Even if i tell myself its going to be ok or relax, I don't feel better. My stress stays in my mind throughout for days maybe till the problem persists. I feel blackout at times and sick. Is this a disease or normal anxiety?

I'm undergoing some serious mental stress which can't be relieved. I'm trying to get over it, but i can't. I can't think of something else. I can't do any other work. I'm in serious amount of depression. I don't know how to forget it. I can't sleep in the night. I know the issue I'm going through is not a very serious one, but i can't get over it. My mental stress is eating my brain. I'm not having any problems with my personal life. But i can't relieve the tension & pressure inside my heart.

I get anxious now then without any reason. My heart rate goes up to 150 without any reason. Anything can trigger my problem. I get paranoid. Like if a door is closed, I will check it 50 times if it is. I workout but still things make me anxious. Sometimes I become quiet. What can do I for this?
