Can fluoxetine and melatonin cause headache? Just got prescribed by a doctor for anxiety for a period of 2 weeks.

I'm arya from tvm. I have no idea why i am feeling like this way. I'm obsessed with movies soo much because is the only way i find to heal my pain inside me. I have a small friends circle. But i never tried to share my feelings or thoughts with them. Because i knew they never understood my feelings or pain the way i feel. And i don't want tell to them. I have one person that i wish to hear me. But he also don't care about me or may be my feelings are a joke for him. And i cried to him soo many times without any reason only for his love and attention. I know something is happening inside me. To cure the pain i watched movies,web series. I love romantic movies . In the movie, any sad scenes i feel the same way i'm. sometimes i want to cry realy loud. But i can't...there is no tears but the pain inside me is really hard am not comfortable with anyone around me. Please help me doctor

Hi, We undergone treatment for paranoid schizophrenia. And. We received good results post treatment. Now my mom is taking medications nicely, and we are happy too. Still i do have some concerns:- 1. My mom's activeness is drastically reduced. 2. Her physical movements got slow. 3. Also her tummy is getting larger. We totally trust our practitioner as he says let the course takes its own time. As per his due course, From August 2019 to as of now the medicines have been reduced from 9 to 3 in morning/evening and we really do appreciate his treatment. I have conveyed my above concerned to him too, he agreed that too because of water creation in the body due to medicines.So suggested to excercise little. But I am not able to understand in how much time  she will be active like before and what to do for remove the side effects of medicines.

Hi, I am not able to talk anything out and i am always numb. Please provide a solution. As i have lost my interest in things and i don't know how to correct it.

I am always panicked about death for the past 3 months.. I have been finding it difficult as it always presses my heart and a feel of panic in the path of heart to throat.. I found out its like thanatophobia.. I m trying to change my mindset but could not.. Very difficult.. Is it due to any of the fluids in my brain.. Please help me from this mysery

Is atomoxetine ( attentrol sun pharma 18mg ) a schedule x medication ? As i have confirmed it , it is not a schedule x drug according to a pharmacy then why psychiatrist dont prescribe it in online consultation ? One more thing , is it a stimulant ?

I am suffer uneasiness, anxious also discomfort on the chest like heaviness last 3month also muscle aches like feverish feel but no temperature & always negative thinks comes out. I feel always scared for death & didn't enjoy my life my stomach upset & feel little things like big things or wrong happen.when I should goes for sleep not easily sleep occurs also feel nothing interesting very much weakness in my whole body. Actually I am suffer allergies rhinitis now last 3 month take medicine not cured still continue but also I have a somatization disorder last 2 yes ago after taking 2 ya 3 month medication it cured little bit. But now I didn't want to take allopathic medicine because it reflects a lot of side-effects also now I consult online psychiatrist they prescribed me to take tofisopam 50 for 14 days but after taken 6 days it's side-effects occurs also suicide thought sometimes.plz told me can I take ayurvedic or homeopathic for permanent cured is it safe or cured from root ???

I AM A GOVT JOB ASPIRANT, DUE TO LOCK DOWN ALL MY EXAMS ARE POSTPONED, AND FOR 3-4 MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN FACING THE PROBLEM OF "LESS SLEEP" AT NIGHT,MAX 2-3 HOURS AT NIGHT. DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY ARE THE REASON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Due to anxiety from last one month. I am taking the enclosed prescribed medicines . Now I feel 50% ok.. now pls suggest what to do. I have left the place where dr has clinic. Presently only problem with light anxiety and over thinking again and again on one topic . No concentration in any matter pls advise asap
