I am 38 year male. From the last 3 month I feel very much anxiety. Over thinking problem facing by me. Mind not calm any time. Every time I am thinking on various topic particularly on corona issue and future issues. No concentration . Even can't able to watch TV. Met with Dr he prescribed Fludac 20 one in morning and Zapiz 0.5 morning and night . I m taking it from last 10 days.. not much improvement. Kindly suggest whether these medication are right or should I take another medication to calm my mind. I am also taking BP medicine Starpress XL 40 from last one month and now BP is control. Kindly suggest asap

M a student, alot of things bother me. I think about past, about future but m not being able to live in the present. I lack concentration. Overthinking occurs. Always Restless. Anxiety hits me quite often. Frustration is frequent. All my friends are earning, parents scold me every now and then. M not able to think properly. Stress has become normal now. Please help.

I am a 24 years old male. I feel very unmotivated to look for a job and even when I join a company I am unable to complete a task with constant motivation and energy. I thought joining MBA(PG course) would help me to be more productive but I couldn't prepare well for my exams and started failing in subjects. So, I dropout MBA course because I couldn't bear failure anymore. AlI these problems led to drop in my self esteem causing Depression and Social Anxiety. Even I was not doing good in school. I always fail in subjects. I passed 10th with low marks and school lowest (53%) percentage for my 12th board exam. But never felt sad or depressed during my school days. Do you think what I am facing is ADHD? Will I get relieved if I start treatment for ADHD ?Because I have tried almost all the Anti-Depressants and it hasn't shown any improvement in motivation and energy. Even I was prescribed with Anti Psychotic drug, benzos and mood stabilisers, but it didn't help me. Thank you in advance

I have been suffering from headache, Weakness in body, numbness in feet and in Palm and tremor in hand for 3 years

I take past only insomnia 2 year zolfresh 10 quitpin 100 but today I don't sleep with this medicine practo dr say take mirtaz 15 with two medicine but some time I don't fall and stay in sleep So iam addict to this medicine indeed detoxification please say some on this

I can feel pain in my chest only when I think of it or when I move my body is it due to anxiety or something else?

I am not able to sleep till 2:00am from past 2 weeks. I sleep for one hour in the afternoon. But not able to sleep at night

I am teacher from past 6 months I am diagonised for Anxiety which I am not taking tablets for vitmanin d3 was less so doctor prescribed uprise d3 which I took for 3 months and at that time i had bp also I started taking mukta vati now bp is normal but always I have a fear of going out feeling of taking bath going to office at I have fear that I am going pass out or fell down. whenever I g o out my tension starts and feeling nervous sometimes back headache.. always I have fear like something is going to happen to me.. a small pain making me lot of worries. I am married with 2 kids.. but feels lot of fear.. but don't no what to do.. but sleeping is k not a problem.. after getting through out the day I feel nervous.. I have fear..something is going to happen.. i did all the blood test ECG 2d echo everything normal except slight cholesteol...kindly suggest me how to proceed pls..

I m on 2mg of etizolam in a day 27 days ago i hv vertigo episode doctor told me that the offending agent is etizolam he started tapered this med now m fine but one problem is that always a fear of vertigo while sleeping even dreams are also of vertigo how long it can be settle.
