Not able to sleep for two three consecutive nights. Have sugar and blood pressure issues. But sleeplessness has been more often. What to do?

I'm taking Nexito 5 since 1 month, and under psychiatrist observations. In the first week of taking pill I felt fine but since 10-15 days every small negative thing is triggering me. I become numb... feel pain in chest and stomach all the time, weakness in legs. What should I do

Not getting proper sleep since yesterday. Feeling dull chest pain in left side with palpitations due to anxiousness. Checked with local doctor and he said BP and pulse rate is normal. But still feeling very anxious while checking the symptoms on internet. Please let me know if it is heart attack or stroke symptoms.

I constantly feel sad. I try to indulge myself in stuff but I don't feel like working or doing anything. I need an escape from this.

Small disease make me to fear of death. Like stomach pain, continuous eye blinking, headache. I thought they are drag me to death. I knew it is small problem. But i can't control that thoughts. Sometimes my heart beat very fast. At few seconds i collapsed. Getting fear of when my heart beat fast again. Can't sleep. My ECG is normal. If anybody dead i am thinking where they go. And also i put myself in that situation. I feel the pain of death. I don't want to die. Now am enjoying my family life. So am afraid of losing it. Every second it give me stress

Doctor has prescribed Lorazep 0.25 two times and Nexito 10 one time for one month for my anxiety and panic attacks.. Can I take both the tablets? Are they safe? Any side effects? I have read that Nexito 10 may cause first time seizures also??

I get irritated nd annoyed easily over small thing...and im not able to control my anger...evryone at home wants me to consult a psychiatrist...im worried.what should i do.. im i alright..is something wrong with me..right the main thing which disturbs me is about my relationship...its not stable...im worried a lot

I have been showing signs of bpd for more than a year now, although not diagnosed by a professional. I have childhood trauma history. But the signs seem to have intensified over past one week, and are taking a toll on my daily wellbeing. What should I do?

I am at home since 3 months now. All this on going situation is depressing me alot. My weight has increased. I hardly sleep. Access hair fall. Being at home for being safe has not worked well for me. Just having all the negative thoughts abt the on going situation and how long it will go. Really need some peace of mind. Please help
