Yes anxiety can be associated with a number of symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, tremors, sweating, headaches and bodyache, gastric upset, tingling numbness in limbs, etc. sometimes only few of these symptoms may be evident. Since your ECHO and ECG are normal, it appears that you’re dealing with anxiety. It’s best advices to get treatment for the same. With medications and therapy your anxiety will definitely be controlled. Please see any psychiatrist for the same

To begin with start breathing exercises for relaxation. You will find good guided relaxation videos there. I have compiled some on my website - dradityatiwari.com.
