With current situationgoing of COVID going on, i m overthinking about it even though i try to avoid thinking about it by indulging miself into other things, still bad thots keep running in mi mind As i have a 4 month old son and aged parents i think i m too scared about it And also due to this i feel like sometimes i have pain in chest pain in throat nd so on In back of mi mind i m overthinking too much please suggest somemeasures

some measures yes thats important wearing mask in crowded places 6 feet distance sanitizing healthy food and you are good to go.. its a demon in mind dont listen to him... all this will be over soon dear consult with me or any psychologist for therapy for this fear all the best :)
