Thank you for opening up, and I want to say first — what you’re feeling is valid, and you don’t have to carry it alone. From what you’ve shared — intense anger, low mood, social withdrawal, emotional exhaustion, passive to moderate suicidal thoughts, and even a harmful behavior like consuming oleander — these are all signs that point toward clinical depression, possibly with features of emotional dysregulation or complex trauma. You may also be experiencing what’s called “smiling depression” — where you appear functional or even cheerful outwardly but are deeply struggling inside. The repeated crying, disconnection from loved ones, and self-neglect also suggest that your emotional pain has reached a level where it’s impacting your ability to function and cope. You are not broken — you’re in distress, and it’s a sign you need compassionate, professional support. Therapy and psychiatric care together can help you heal. Take therapy, and you can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five. Your life matters, and your pain is not permanent — but the step to heal starts now. You don’t have to do it alone
