Chest pain and discomfort is one of the symptoms but for Covid there should be other symptoms as well like breathlessness, sore throat, cough, bodyache, fever etc. If you have any of these symptoms then you may go and check yourself for Covid.
However it maybe only a part of anxiety. It maybe accompanied by other symptoms of anxiety like palpitations, tremors, sweating, chest discomfort, difficult breathing. You mentioned you are on medications for anxiety . If after taking the medications your symptoms are reduced then surely it’s not Covid. Take your medications regularly.
It may be symptoms of anxiety disorder. Chest pain is quite common in anxiety disorders. For COVID there must be other symptoms like fever and breathing difficulty. Continue with treatment of anxiety or consult your psychiatrist
