From past few months my friend got some series issues.that is after drinking alcohol and get drunked then cannot able to pee it happend around 4 to 5 times .after getting drunked cannot pee then urged to doctor then using catheter the problem is solved .but cleanse can anyone help me with this problem why it is happening now there any serious issue

In my father's recent blood report Creatinine is 1.3 and therefore on the basis of that calculation eGFR is 58 which indicates mild to moderate reduction in kidney function. As such he has no symptoms. He does not have blood sugar or blood pressure. Doctor has suggested to take Tab Nefrosave 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. Is this medicine safe? Can this be taken?

I got checked for UTI and in my scanning report it was diagnosed as hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty change. Doc prescribed Mira L 50mg  0-0-1 Baclofen 10mg 0-0-1 It's been 4 days I am on these medications but I still have burning sensation while and after passing urine. Kindly suggest.

On 15th Dec 202 0, i took CT scan and found Right Ureter: 5.9 × 3.8 mm calculus in right proximal ureter. And 2.3 mm calculus in right lower pole of right kidney and 2 mm calculus in lower pole of left kidney Again on 4th Feb 2021 i took Abdomen Scan and there is 7 × 3 mm in lower pole of right kidney and 6×4 mm in mid pole left kidney. But i don't have any symptoms now. And doctor said my ureter stone is passed away after seeing new report. Can anyone please check this and does this need surgery. Is there any chance to increase the size from 2 mm to 7 mm with in 45 days. Please suggest.
