Kidney Problems

I have grade 1 fatty liver. Total bilirubin is high 2.5. Enlarged spleen. Elevated uric acid levels creatinine level is 1.29. Low Haemoglobin. In ultra sound my kidneys are normal. I have been taking xyloric 100mg daily. Protein intake has been reduced . I do jogging and Yoga . Spleen has also reduced in size from 17cm to 15. But my uric acid levels bother me . Whenever I stop taking medicine it increases . I have been suffering from 4 years. I am following a strict diet Kindly help

Symptoms =Urge urination only, no pain so far. As per the ultrasound report "Mildly thick walled urinary bladder without residual urine". Pre-void - 140ml,Post-void- nil. Medicine taking since 9th Feb, ALOOF, Zyrolic, STAFTON. After having medicine - urge for urination increased. Cold you please advise, is it critical or can be treated?

For past 2 weeks there's some stinging after urination which lasts for 1 hour approx and the area also itches often. I get the urine routine n culture done( attached result) I previously had  recurrent uti which were resolved but I never experienced itching with uti. Please suggest what can the be the best medicine course. As this is also   recurrent is there any prophylactic antibiotics? Thanks in advance

During my master health check up, Through ultrasound I have found my right  kidney is smaller in size 8.7 cm with decreased function. But after few days I have taken another ultrasound in another hospital but both the reports came with different outputs..I am confused. Please clarify. FYR attached both ultrasound reports. Also my urine analysis random was normal, 24 hours urine protein was 37.8mg/24 hours. Albumin creatinine ratio ( ratio cannot be calculated since micro albumin level less than the lower detection limit). DMSA scan differential renal mentioned LK : 66.4% , RK: 33.6% with no distinct scarring on both kidneys.

I am having urine passage problem from last 2 weeks . Only in the morning in having painful urine passage from the afternoon I don't feel any pain or nothing .. in the morning my urine flow was low And sometimes my urine it's self not coming some thing is blocking at my Uthera opening Currently I am taking tamusolin and niftas medications and USG scan says Cystis changes and CUE says no pus cells in the urine .. still why I am facing these issues can any one help me with this And also I find red pop in Uthera opening

Any Urologist in Chandigarh/ Punjab who recommends 24 hour urine test for kidney stones? I want to take an appointment. Thanks.

Urine burning and frequently going very little amount. It is happening every 2 days. I'm during more water.if I'm sitting on the floor I feel comfortable. And it takes lots of time stop burning

Hi, I holded my pee for more than half an hour. After wards I feel like peeing very 10min. Is it normal. I drank approx 2 ltrs of water from 2pm to 6.30pm after food.

Hi Doctor, Today I have undergone a fasting blood test. It shows my Albumin level is 2.8 and Globulin level is 5.1. I was worried about this. Pls help me on this.
