Sir I have diagnosed with kidney failure. Createnine is 10.1mg/DL PTH 80.2pg/ml Calcium 8.2 mg/DL Serum phosphorus 10.0 mg/dl My reports are attached with this question. I want to ask is there any solution other than kidney transplant. In Ayurveda??

I had taken over 50 painkillers in July 2020: Emanzen D -      10 tablets Brufen 400 -      34 tablets Seroace -           10 tablets (Also, antibiotics such as Metrogyl 400 and Augmentin 625 - 23 tablets each.) Hi I have had frequent urination since last 1 month..all my reports are normal..urine culture routine and ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic region...still since I had symptoms I have been given lefrofox 500 antibiotics but not much of relief..and My ultrasound shows bulky uterus but my gynaec and urologist both mentioned it should not be an issue but this month I am having spotting since last 2 days but not having actual period which has never happened before so can this be connected and what should be my next steps
