Does KFT test also detect urine infection and other urine related diseases? Is only KFT test enough because iam feeling burning sensation after urination.

In Nov.2020 cancer was deducted in my urine bladder. It was operated and tumor was removed. Now some problem occured while urination.. Ultrasound done on 1.8.2021 report attached. I want now aurvedic medicine. Please suggest. Regard

My ultrasound abdomen test report states that prostate size 37*43*32mm ( vol 27 cc ). Normal in shape and echotexture. Iam feeling mild burning sensation after urination from 3, 4 months which lasts for 1 hour. No other symptoms. How to know whether it is related to prostate or kidneys or urine infection related? In Nov.2020 cancer noted while biopsy.turbt done. Again in dec.2020 and March 2021 biopsy was done but no cancer found. Now today ultrasound done. Report enclosed. What should I do now.
