Kidney Problems

My father in law is a patient of Renal cell carcinoma since October 2018. He underwent left radical nephrectomy in the same year. Now he is undergoing immunotherapy with Votrient 400 mg for a pulmonary metastatic nodule. Recently we did his urine routine report as per doctor's advice and notice some abnormalities. Like Bacteria (+), Protein(2+), Granular and Hyaline cast present. Is it worrisome?

Hello doctor I feel low urine output I mean not urge to pee while I drink lot of water. What should I do I have done test KFT, USG AND URINE RANDOM PRTOIEN CREATININE RATIO, no abnormalities found than which test should be done to rule out urine problem

My 65 year old mother has a EGFR of 76 and creatinine of 0.93 mg/dl.. She has CKD stage 2.. Does she need treatment for this? Should we start treatment with a nephrologist or is this normal? Also she needs to be operated for gallstones next month.. Can she go in for the surgery with CKD stage 2?

I have liver infection my SGOT is 78 and SGPT is 107. Doctor Advised me to take Erthyropotic 4000iu. After googling I found that it is used for chronic kidney diseases and in cancer.I am worried I might have failing kidneys. I haven't drink Alcohol ever. Yes I had lot of junks.
