Hello Doctor, My father is having micro albumin as 2900 , he started renal diet, please advise on how to lower his micro albumin

I was diagonised with a kidney stone of 2.9mm earlier...had a ct scan this month my stone was gone..but found out that I had bilateral extrarenal pelvices.since last 7 days im having burning sensation in urine as well as in the urethra...drinking a lot of water but still no use..ive done urine tests but results were normal.im also suffering from IBS..I don't understand whats wrong but its really painful...pls help me

Dilation done for minor stricture during cystoscopy. Equivocal result in urodynamic study. Post voided volume is 30 ml in ultrasound. Feel low urge to pee  with poor flow. How it can be treated? Any other test required?

My father is 65yrs old and had a PSA level 9.0 (Aug 21). His PSA level was 2.3 in July 2019. Recent, USG shows prostatomegaly (34cc volume, normal in shape & echotexture) with enlarged median lobe bulging (7.3 mm) at the bladder base, pre-void ~ 280cc and post-void ~ 40cc. Currently, he has no symptoms like urinary retention, pain etc. Please advice what does this indicate? Thanks.

I am 22 years old female.I was having overactive bladder problem its been almost a year.. after chnging 3 doctors its almost cured now but not completely.. but in between i have developed UTI problem also and had niftran tablet for almost 20 days for UTI but not completely cured OAB (overactive bladder) & UTI both are there so if i drink lots of water for UTI it will affect the bladder So i what can i do in this situation

I have done my KFT test report creatinine is 1.43 and phophorus is 5.8 except that everything is normal my ACR is report is also normal then My USG report shows multiple calculas in Both Kidney!! My doubt is am I suffering from CKD or creatinine and phosphorus is because of Kidney stones disturbing kidney function I am suffering from kidney stones from almost 8 years it's nono operative kidney stone because size is small.
