Urine frequency
While most of the doctors prescribe to have 4~6 ltr of water , I have a feeling it involves too much visit to toilet , Is it normal ? After taking a glass of water , I may have to go to loo with in 5 to 15 minutes all the time.

If you are having problem of frequent urination then you have to take limited water intake. For further assistance, you can consult a urologist. Up to 3 litres of water in summers and 1.5-2 litres in winters are sufficient.
