Kidney Problems

I'm having hypertension, but recently I did all tests regarding it. Like LPT, glucose test, KFT, thyroid test and eGFR. All of them are normal. Urea is slightly low and eGFR is 178. So can start exercise and take protein rich diet? Will protein rich diet affext my kidney.

My BP is high it ranges from 128-135/88. My eGFR says Creatinine is 0.78 GFR - 178/ml/min Height 182 cm Weight 73 Can I do exercise and take protein rich diet. As it will help me in reducing bp and body fat.? Will taking protein rich diet in my case affect my kidney/liver.

I have taken USG and urine and culture test and I'm facing a pain in lower back for past 3 days and I'm taking prescribed medicine and still the pain doesn't go as doctor says it's UTI. Do UTI cause pain in kidney? Pls advise

My father suffered from a heart attack in Feb'21 and underwent angioplasty with two stent implants. He is on the following medication since then : 1. Brilinta 50mg twice daily 2. Ecosprin 75mg once daily 3. Rozavel 40mg once daily His blood pressure varies between 135-140/75-80 when measured in digital BP monitor at home. Fasting blood sugar levels are below 110 mostly. Since March'21 he has observed foamy and bubbly urine which stays even after flushing. ACR is tested 288.58mcg/mg (report attached). Blood creatinine report is also attached. Please suggest treatment for microalbuminuria. Thank you

My weight is 77 and height 5.6 I am on high protein diet and uric acid 7.8 and other tests are normal.. should have to take medicine or wait gor some time?

Hello, I am about to take covid vaccine second shot in 2 days but I am suspecting that I have UTI. I am having frequent urination and bit of sensation while peeing. Please let me know what medicine can I take due to which this can go away. I am having urination in every 30 mins. Also can I take UTI medicine before taking Covid vaccine. Is it safe to take vaccine on going UTI medicine if prescribed. Please advise.

Pain in passing urine (not Every time) and Pain in Lower abdomen some time's.  from last 20 days. Used vitamin tablets for 1 month- stopped last 4 days back. Taken "Disodium Hydrogen Citrate syrup" 2 days. But after that problem is same. Drinking water regularly. Attached today's Urine Test Reports and also CBP Reports. My eGFR is 170 and creatinine is 0.77. I am taking supermet xl 25 and telma 20. Bp ranges from 126/86-135/90. Is their any problem in my kidney or liver?

I have 6mm stone in kidney and 3 mm in bladder. Please suggest me better home remedies and medicines for it. Thanks 😊.
