Kidney Problems

I have done my KFT test report creatinine is 1.43 and phophorus is 5.8 except that everything is normal my ACR is report is also normal then My USG report shows multiple calculas in Both Kidney!! My doubt is am I suffering from CKD or creatinine and phosphorus is because of Kidney stones disturbing kidney function I am suffering from kidney stones from almost 8 years it's nono operative kidney stone because size is small.

Having pain in urine. Pain in lower abdomen. 13 mm right cyst detected in report. Also having pain while seating.

Im having incomplete voiding and increase in frequency among urispas And soliten which goood to use..

I'm having 1.2mm and 1.3mm stones in the left kidney.... I'm feeling a little pain and it's consistent .... .. Doc said just drink water u will pass it and the pain is not because of the stone as this size stones are found in normal Person also... What should I do ?

I had completed course of  medication for UTI around one week...now I can see little blood in urine...what to do pls suggest...3 months back I had c section with hysterectomy...and one month back gall stone surgery

I have attached the list of medicine. Kindly guide if she can take the covid vaccine or not? Which one should I prefer covaxin or covishield (both available) . Will vaccine affect her kidneys?
