Is uric acid as 8.1 is  higher than range and treatment  is needed? Six month before it was tested as7.0.

Hi i am 22 year old my eGFR is 85 ml/min/1.73m2 Is it normal ?? I read on the internet that normal is above 90 But mine is 85

I suspect I have mild UTI. I do NOT experience any burning sensation while urinating or a frequent urge to urinate. However, at the end of urination, I feel a weird sensation in the bladder. It is not painful but since it isn't usual, I suspect it could be a case of mild UTI. Can you please help with some care tips and OTT medication, if any.

My uric acid is 7.2 , I m having regular workout (moderate ) taking 2 times oats & 4 bananas per days and normal food, once in 15 days or week chicken. Previously used whey protein.. Should I quit Oats, Dal and Bnana ? Should I add egg in my food inorder to complete protein intake..?

I have recently been operated for inguinal hernia. I was taking telzy 40 and Fevuric 40 prior to surgery. On the 4th day of surgery as I was given 1st semi solid food ( kichdi) my feet swelled up with pain almost immediately. I have been restored dosage of Furic from the next day but swelling and pain remains. I have been drinking about 4 litres of water everyday and had history of high uric acid since few years. I had a painkiller ( Signoflam) last night and felt better. This morning I am drinking water as usual and had furic 40 but slight inflammation and pain remains. I am very careful of my diet and being in rest and pre- operative investigations shows no major trouble in my abdomen with normal liver and kidney. How can I get back to normalcy and why did this sudden flare happen despite being under liquid food. Please suggest.🙏

Hi I have .52 cm renal calculus in left kidney and .37 cm in right kidney . I am drinking around 3.5 liter water and citralka 5ml twice per day Is there any other suggestion? Will it be painful?
