Kidney Problems

Hello dr, my mother is having upper back and shoulder pain for 5-6 weeks. We initially took painkillers on dr's recommendation. After consulting a pain management specialist, she has recommended vit D injections (arachitol 600 000 IU) for 4 weeks. One per week. Is it safe to take so much Vit D via injections? Her Vit D is around 8. Dr has also prescribed Calcium tablets. Given that my mother has kidney stone, is it ok to take calcium tablets?

I m having some pain in lower abdomen from last 2 weeks consulted urologist he has given me medicine for 5 days. But still I have some pain in left back side and burning after urination sometime. Hi i am 22 year old my eGFR is 85 ml/min/1.73m2 Is it normal ?? I read on the internet that normal is above 90 But mine is 85

I suspect I have mild UTI. I do NOT experience any burning sensation while urinating or a frequent urge to urinate. However, at the end of urination, I feel a weird sensation in the bladder. It is not painful but since it isn't usual, I suspect it could be a case of mild UTI. Can you please help with some care tips and OTT medication, if any.
