Can a stone in right ureter u v junction cause gas and stomach tightness near navel area?
I am having discomfort near navel area and right side of abdomen.

Yah..stone can cause pain as well as nausea/vomitting, beachside of that you may feel pain/discomfort in upper abdomen or in naval area as well. Or it may cause frequent urination/lower abdominal discomfort which can be radiating to back as well.
