Kidney Problems

Yesterday was the 4th day of my periods and by night I started feeling burning and itching sensation while urinating . Once I could also see few blood drops in the urine. Today I took Alkasol twice and also drank lot of water so it was fine during day time. Now again I m experiencing pain during urinating. Please suggest antibiotics.

I found no nephrology doctor is available. It is requested to them to kindly check my father creatinine report which is at 3.58 for the first time. It was always reported at baseline 2.5. He is CABG patient operated in the year 2018. And had a kidney issue of creatinine at 2. Over the years, it was increased to 2.5. But sudden increase of 3.5 is alarming. He is diabetic currently taking glycinorm od 60, zomelis 50 after which sudden increase is noted. However it has been stopped.

For my 70 yo mother,is 18.30 BUN Creatinine ratio too high? If yes,what should be the next course of action? Her creatinine is 0.70

Hi As a routine I did a renal function test. By googling gfr calculated is above 90. By this I couldn't conclude if gfr is normal or should we look at other parameters.. Attached is the test report. My height is 5.7 and current weight is 72...occasionally I tend to drink less water
