Kidney Problems

I have blood pressure last 3 years. And Diabetic for last one year. I took a urine and blood test as per doctor instruction. My creatinine is 1.1 and there is albumin trace. But doctor it's normal since you have diabetes and BP. Since I am a young person should I worry. Kindly suggest.

I have foamy Urine in the morning from the past few months  so I did KFT , and Urine routine test which was normal. I am also taking few medicine like Supradyn ( multivitamin ) neomercazole 2.5 mg for graves disease and ciplar 40 for my anxiety and Normaxin tablet and DDR 30 for my GERD issue . Can above medicine affect my test result ? Shall I do some other tests as well . I don't have any other symptom. Only one thing is bothering me that I have foamy Urine first thing in the morning and its smelly .
