Kidney Problems

My dad is diagnosed with cystitis, bilateral renal mild hydrourethronephrosis, grade 11 prostatomegaly, 1110cc pre void, post void not able to void, in the urodynamic result minimal detrusor result is 15cm H20. Doc told there is no treatment he has to be on all time catheter. How is this condition treated

While most of the doctors prescribe to have 4~6 ltr of water , I have a feeling it involves too much visit to toilet , Is it normal ? After taking a glass of water , I may have to go to loo with in 5 to 15 minutes all the time.

1st report rbc in urine is 20_25hpf After 2 days  2nd report rbc in urine is 6-10hpf After 1 week 3rd report rbc in urine is 2-3 hpf After 10 days 4th report rbc in urine is nil Am I suspect of bladder cancer? That is normal or not I am also done ct before 3 month only hydronephrosis I am also done before 2 month cytisis and prostate grade 1

Hi, I have been recently diagnosed with mild Spermatic cord inflammation on the right side. I am on enzoflam and hetrazan 100. From a week. Had this issue a month ago also. Whatever I observed is that such issues never get cured complety and became chronic. Is it true? Are there any success stories of people who cured it complety or I have to live with this forever?
