I have 4-6 puss cella in urine analysis. Is it normal..if not ,can it be cured naturally without antibiotics

Last 2 days weather is cool..sound sleep..notice mild pain in lower abdomen for few seconds after urinate...no urge of urine..no pain during urine..bed time and 1st urine time at night ..this gap was more..

I was ultrasound screened for 2 4mm kidney stones, but as the pain went away I never took any treatment. Urinary bladder well distended. Wall thickening noted measuring 3.6 mm. No evidence of calculi. Prevoid- 522CC postvoid - 200CC ( significant). Prostate normal in size and echotexture, volume 20CC. No free fluid in abdomen. Is this serious?
