Urinary bladder well distended. Wall thickening noted measuring 3.6 mm. No evidence of calculi.
Prevoid- 522CC postvoid - 200CC ( significant).
Prostate normal in size and echotexture, volume 20CC.
No free fluid in abdomen.
Is this serious?

High Creatnine
My father has once creatnine 9.8 , 3 months back .
Now his creatnine is 6.9 (past was 9.8. , 8.4, 8 , 7.4) with strict diet as well as meds.
Doctor diagnosed him with ckd with some form of acute.
