Kidney Problems

I m experiencing discomfort in my foreskin area. The upper skin has become tight and difficult to retract. I noticed some small cuts, and there was a white substance with a foul smell earlier. Today, I gently cleaned the area with water, and now I feel a burning sensation and an urge to itch. I haven’t applied any creams yet because I wasn’t sure if it’s safe without a prescription.  There is no fever or severe pain, but I want to ensure this doesn’t worsen. Kindly advise if I should use any topical medication or need further treatment. But it has become like lips during winter with few cuts and skin comes like papers. There is some white mucus too which comes out and it smells bad.

I underwent zsr circumcision 17 days ago. The ring has started to  come out slowly. However, in one part where the ring has come out, I can see two metal staples peeking out. It sometimes rubs against cloth. Please see the attached image. How to make it fall out on its own?

I done urine test and it's showing puss cell 1-2 hcf, epithelial cells 0-1 hcf and all parameters are ok. But some time during urination i feel my penis head warm 1-2 times a day and also sometimes penis head pain.

For past four years uric acid level is always low below normal range.. 2022 -1.9 2023-1.8 2024-1.9 2025-1.6 No symptoms Whether it is problem???

My mother(54yrs) has a eGfr value of 65ml/min. /1.73m2. It's not normal. What should she do?? She is prediabetic, ldl cholesterol on borderline. Bp is controlled since she takes ayurvedic medicines.

I underwent ZSR circumcision 15 days ago. I had phimosis grade 3 that time. In the frenulum area I can see scab and red blood clots and some clear thick liquid coming sometimes at night. Is that normal? Earlier there was a skin tear in that part, which seems less visible now.

Chronic ED, PE, Perineal Pain & Testicular Pain - History of Trauma For the past 8 years, I have been struggling with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Premature Ejaculation (PE) Additionally, I experience: 1.  Sharp pain in my perineum (area between scrotum and anus), especially when I cough. 2.  Aching pain in my testicles (testes) during or after prolonged masturbation. Relevant History: I recall a significant childhood injury - I was hit forcefully in the groin/perineal area during a fight with a classmate. Previous Consultations: I have seen both a Sexologist and a Psychologist, but my symptoms (ED, PE, perineal pain, and testicular pain) remain unresolved. I am very concerned about these persistent issues. Could you please advise
