Kidney Problems

What does white blood cells in urine indicate? I don't have any pain just little sensation while urinating. Had fever also.

Frequent urination for days now, did urine test and urine culture test but it came normal sugar is also normal, also having urgent to pass stool like 4 times a days..but stool is normal not watery

My sister who is 25 years old suddenly started having urge to urinate all the time until she sleeps. Once she urinates after 10 mins she again feels the urge to urinate. She got tested and nothing came out. Can these be the symptoms of overactive bladder. and before all this she got a cut while shaving her genitals and some came out. Can this be the cause of her overactive bladder is she has it.
