Kidney Problems

I have been detected with kidney stone and hydronephrosis. Doctor suggested I need immediate surgery. Is it possible that stone can be cured without surgery and with medicines? What could be done for hydronephrosis?

Please when I pee, I live the toilet I feel some urine are stil there no burning no pain, just this feeling like there are stil urine in my bladder i meet a gynaecologist who told me to get urine routine done yesterday I also did sugar test everything was normal last year November I did kub test as instructed by an urologist but everything was okay just a mild infection he gave few antibiotics he said because I just gave birth to twins few months ago that I wil be fine What to do again I feel uncomfortable or is it psychological issues I just don't know I feel so irritating whenever it happens please help

Have been advised to take tamsulosin 0.4 for 15 days for 0.56 mm stone.Is there any further medication required for dissolving/breaking the stone.Please suggest and help.

In health check up Serum creatinine is 1.1 (normal 0.6 to 1.4)and same day  checked in another lab it is 0.7(0.5 to 1)and again checked in other lab it is 0.62(0.6 to 1.2)..no symptoms..which one is correct?i am confused?

Hi doctor, I just did my normal blood check up and found my GFR is 83 ml/min/1.73 m. I had my thyroidectomy 2 months back and is taking 100 mcg tablets. Let me know anything to worry about as 6 months back it was showing 116

Hello sir/ma'am, my grandfather had operation of hernia on both sides 6 years back. Now he is having pain in hernia on left side and Enlarged prostrate gland. He is having fever since 3 days, have become weak. He is 95 years age old. We have consulted doctors locally but not getting right guidance. Kindly help please. My  Mother is 50 years old having swelling in legs and face recently.now she has dumbness in leg and also having severe back pain.is it need to worry about kidney functioning? She also feels less or no urine during urination.she also has black motion recently and also stomach upset lik diareha.she cant hold .urine test is enough for kidney renal functioning?sugar albumin in urine and urea and creatinir in urie is enough to prove kidney healthy functioning.suggest any remedies

My wife's urine analysis and culture is attached. Urine routine shows infection but culture doesn't show any bacterial growth. She was having pain while urinating and blood in urine. Given 1 Fosirol sachet after giving the sample for test. She feels better but little pain is still there. Should she repeat the same antibiotic once more? Why culture doesn't show any bacterial growth ? Thanks
