UTI but no fever
My wife's urine analysis and culture is attached. Urine routine shows infection but culture doesn't show any bacterial growth.
She was having pain while urinating and blood in urine. Given 1 Fosirol sachet after giving the sample for test. She feels better but little pain is still there. Should she repeat the same antibiotic once more? Why culture doesn't show any bacterial growth ?
